Dog Boarding in Montrose

Ruff Resort is proud to provide Montrose’s ultimate dog boarding experience! We understand that every dog is unique, so we offer two overnight options tailored to your pup’s needs: a cozy open sleepover environment or private, spacious suites.

At Ruff Resort, your furry friend will enjoy an enriched stay filled with daily activities, playtime on safe play structures, and heated pool sessions. We also offer optional enrichment activities to keep them engaged, including treat-filled Kongs, snuffle mats, puzzles, and even doggie treadmills. Your dog’s happiness and comfort are our top priorities!

When your dog stays overnight at Ruff Resort, we ask that you bring their own food pre-portioned in individual baggies to ensure they maintain their regular diet and routine. Additionally, all dogs must wear a collar with an ID tag while on-site for their safety. If your pup arrives without one, don’t worry—a collar and ID tag can be conveniently purchased at Ruff Resort. These measures help us keep your furry friend safe, comfortable, and well-cared for during their stay!

We understand how important it is to stay connected with your furry friend while they’re with us. That’s why we provide regular photo updates, giving you a glimpse into their adventures, playtime, and relaxation. These updates let you see firsthand how happy and well-cared-for your dog is during their stay at Ruff Resort!

All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered, and pass an initial temperament evaluation to stay with us overnight.The evaluation is free.

Your dog also must be up to date on their vaccinations (Proof of current vaccine records for Rabies, DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para Influenza, Parvovirus), and Bordetella (kennel cough) is mandatory. The Bordetella vaccine needs to be updated every 6 months, which is standard in most boarding and/or daycare facilities.)
